To our valued NetMaster customers:
NetMaster has been updated with the new Policy Agent Rules (/POLICY) panel, which provides a more efficient way to view policy rules associated with your systems and the associated stacks. Rather than using the UNIX System Services (USS) command line interface to search for and display policy rules, you can access and display all policy and rule information from the Policy Agent Rules panel. You can easily select options to narrow your search, and an expandable display allows you to quickly view and select the rules associated with a policy. The following screenshots illustrate the path of a user looking for information about IPSEC policy rules:
- The user accesses the Policy Agent Rules panel - /POLICY and is presented with a list of options:
- The user enters IP to select IPSEC policy rules. Because a stack was not selected, the user sees a list of IPSEC rules for all available stacks. In the screenshot below, only the TCPxxx01 stack shows:
- The user enters S to display the details for the policy rule, in this case IPV6_Discovery_Generated~2:
To implement the new /POLICY panel view, apply PTFs LU11853 and LU11854.
