Please follow the below steps to Download XCOM for Windows 12.0. 

• Log in to https://support.broadcom.com/

• In Mainframe Software, select My Downloads.
• Type XCOM in the Search by Product Name field and select XCOM in the search results.
• Select the appropriate product:
• If you are installing the product on a Windows server, select 
  XCOM Data Transport for Windows Family Server
• If you are installing the product on a Windows workstation, select 
  XCOM Data Transport for Windows Family Professional
• Select the product version.
• Download the product package by selecting the HTTPS Download icon or the Secure FTP Download icon.

The product package is downloaded to your local machine.
