  • 1.  Ex-customer MX records wrong in Messagelabs - all email bounces

    Trying to email a domain that used to use email security.cloud several years ago but all email to that domain now bounces when sent by anyone still using email security.cloud.

    Email security.cloud is still storing details about this domain, and/or the old DNS MX addresses for that customer's mail servers, and NOT using the correct MX addresses for the domain as available on every other DNS server on the internet.

    Can support please urgently fix this configuration issue?

    I'm unable to log a support ticket as I am the ex-customer and everything in the email security.cloud portal is greyed out.

    Hopefully somebody here can help...
