Subject: End of Service for Disk Backup and Restore V12.5 is November 29, 2022
As specified in our November 29, 2021 announcement, support for Disk Backup and Restore version 12.5 will be ending on November 29, 2022. This will allow our development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value to the next release of Disk Backup and Restore. After November 29, 2022, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.
We encourage you to plan for the migration to Disk Backup and Restore V14.0 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer. Please reach out to Broadcom Support if you need assistance in migrating to Version 14.0.
As Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to Disk Backup and Restore 14.0 as straightforward as possible, we are offering the following:
- The latest supported Version/Release of Disk Backup and Restore, at no charge, as long as you have an active maintenance contract for Disk Backup and Restore.
- Documentation to help you prepare for your upgrade to the new Version/Release can be viewed on the Disk Backup and Restore pages at Support.
- Accelerated time-to-value when you engage Broadcom Services to assist you with any or all parts of your upgrade. Additional information can be found at the Broadcom Services site. Please contact your account representative to receive a quote for such services.
- Upgrade assistance from qualified local Broadcom partners. For more information and a list of partners in your area, please contact your local Broadcom Channel Partner Group office.
