1.how to monitor  monitoring ESP agents?
Answer: 
#1 Use ESP Agent Manager, see more on the doc link below:

#2 Set up AGENT_MON and use AMNOTIFY which can send out alert when the agent becomes inactive, see more on the doc link below:

#3 Set up view in ESP CSF or Workstation Director to monitor agents.

Answer: 
#1 You can update AGENTDEF table, then reload it by issuing OPER LOADAGDF command to make it effective;
#2 You can issue OPER AGENT command to add or delete an agent. Following is the doc link:
