    Hello,

    this is an old account, which was created after the switch from Norton/Symantec.
    The product/licence which was associated with it is expired for a long time already.
    Now i'd like to delete this account, but creating a case won't work if there is no product to choose from and
    the Customer Care Webform requires a Site ID which i don't have and i don't see any reason why i'd have to call somewhere for a simple task as
    purging an obsolete account.

    Care to share that with the rest of us?

    I too have an old migrated Norton/Symantec account which is no longer used and would like to delete it,.

    Hi,

    I'm also unable to delete my old account and the support request form is not an option, because I don't have any site ID.

    Please help me to get rid of this account. Thanks.

    I'm also stuck with deleting my account.

    I tried the Customer Care Request Form but I don't have any site ID and so I#m totally stuck. What do I have to do to get rid of this account?

    Hello @Joska Moeller,

    You can fill out the Customer Care Request Form without having a site ID. You can input your company name in the site ID field and submit the form.

    Also, I have sent you a message privately with the steps to help you with this request.

    I had created an email with wrong email account and tried to delete it but didn;t find any help. 
    That old account mentioned incorrect website in my profile pointing to Pacific Educational Consultants.
    Finally had to create a new account from another email to make everything right in my profile.
