    This release includes:

    CICS Plug-in for Zowe CLI

    CICS Plug-in for Zowe CLI v5.0.4 includes the following updates:

    • Fix: Updated dependencies for technical currency.

    IMS Plug-in for Zowe CLI

    IMS Plug-in for Zowe CLI v3.0.1 includes the following updates:

    • Deprecated the IMS Plug-in for Zowe CLI due to compatibility issues between the plug-in, the Zowe IMS Operations API, and IBM IMS running on the mainframe.

    z/OS FTP Plug-in for Zowe CLI

    z/OS FTP Plug-in for Zowe CLI v2.1.8 includes the following updates:

    • Fix: Updated the version of zos-node-accessor to 1.0.16. [149]

    • Fix: Resolved an issue specific to Windows where uploading a data set with JCL content hangs, preventing further actions through the zFTP VSCode Extension. [2533]

    DBM DB2 Plug-in for Zowe CLI

    DBM DB2 Plug-in for Zowe CLI v1.28.1 includes the following updates:

    • Added a second profile dbm-db2-options to allow users to create sets of operations, such as subsystem specific commands and frequently used options, and automate their execution in different environments. [v1.28.0 change log]

      • dbm-db2-options includes the following parameters:

        • authid

        • changeSet

        • changeSetValues

        • deleteWorkDatasets

        • description

        • id

        • jobCards

        • matchSet

        • matchSetValues

        • modification

        • overwriteOutputFiles

      • Added the dbm-db2-options-profile parameter for all commands.

    Endevor Plug-in for Zowe CLI

    Endevor Plug-in for Zowe CLI v7.7.3 includes the following updates:

    • Fix: Updated Endevor list instances when REST API V1 compatibility mode is used.

    • Fix: Removed deprecated plug-in properties to prepare for Zowe V3 conformance.

    Zowe CLI

    Zowe CLI v7.23.3  includes the following updates:

    • Added --binary and --encoding options to the zowe zosfiles edit command. [#1725]

    • Fix: Corrected extra character being displayed at the end of lines when issuing zowe files compare on Windows. [#1992]

    • Fix: Corrected the online help description for zowe files compare uss. [#1754]

    • Fix: Corrected typo in command help for zowe zos-workflows create commands.

    • Fix: Resolved technical currency by updating socks transitive dependency. [#2049]

    • Fix: Updated race condition in zowe config convert-profiles command that may fail to delete secure values for old profiles. [#2055]

    Imperative CLI Framework

    Zowe Imperative CLI Framework v5.22.3  includes the following updates:

    • Concealed the progress bar if CI environment variable is set, or if FORCE_COLOR environment variable is set to 0. [#1845]

    • Added multiple APIs to the ProfileInfo class to help manage schemas between client applications. [#2012]

    • Fix: Resolved issue in ProfileInfo where schema comparisons fail, specifically when comparing the cached schema against a command-based schema during registration. [Zowe CLI #2045]

    • Fix: Resolved technical currency by updating socks transitive dependency. [Zowe CLI #2049]

    • Fix: Updated mustache and jsonschema dependencies for technical currency.

    • Fix: Resolved issue where secure property names could be returned for the wrong profile. [Zowe Explorer #2633]

    • Fix: Resolved issue when a property is not found in ProfileInfo.updateProperty. [Zowe Explorer #2493]
