I think you can use the OWNER field to do something like that. We don't use it so other than that, I don't know.

Subject: Allowing Certain users access to certain CA7 Libraries
Hello Everyone - 1st post on here.
We have many users wanting to run jobs, which they do through run requests via operations or the scheduling team . I want to reduce and automate this.
My question is .. If we were to only allow users access to put jobs in library 254 ( override library) , Is there a way of allowing user id's to ONLY sign into ca7 and issue a demand on jobs from that library.
I am not familiar with CA7 security, but assume its either read access or Update access for CA7 as a whole and not restricted to more specific criteria.
Or has anyone else under-gone any projects to effectively allow user-self-scheduling?
Appreciate this raises lots of ethical access issues. But I have created a process where only certain users could issue the demand command, but don't ever want them to be able to run from Prod.
Make sense?
