This Special Interest Group (SIG) is designed for anyone in management who is faced with dealing with the "big picture" of balancing technology and budget. The goal of this group is for leaders of organizations to discuss ‘items' that are constantly creating new challenges for their sites.
The leader of this group is Mike Gowen. Mike is a past President of CADRE, and the current Chair Emeritus. He is a Team Focal, Systems Programmer & DBA who has been working with Datacom products since the 1990's. Employed by IBM Corporation, Mike works on a team supporting Datacom software for companies IBM provides mainframe services.
