Demo: How to Access Customer Care

The Customer Care team is onsite to help you find answers you need. Whether it’s looking up your site-ID, finding product information, accessing downloads or simply locating a contact within CA – they’ve got your back. Have a question? Call 800-225-5224 or ask a question in the Customer Care Community.



CA Customer Care teams are located around the world to help you answer your questions in nine different languages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.


Customer Care representatives are accessible by phone and the CA communities.


To find your local phone number, go to Scroll down to the on your country, and find your phone number here.


To ask a question or search “frequently asked questions”, go to the Customer Care community; start at, click "help,"... then click "customer care."

From here, you can submit a question directly to the Customer Care team.


You can also search the content for things like:

  • How can I raise an enhancement request?
  • Opening a support case
  • Or taking advantage of user administrator functions and the support portal.
