it may hang before its first panel is displayed. Adding < trace i > (to debug it)

ror (and for the hang) is that the TSO userID's ISPPROF has no available directory
blocks to add new members. Please make sure there is (at least) one directory block
available for the TSO userID's ISPPROF dataset and re-execute the INSTALL EXEC.
