    Hi,

Anybody from APAC having same issue today?

    The connection has timed out

The server at support.broadcom.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

    Tracert

    C:\>nslookup support.broadcom.com
    Server: dns.google
    Address: 8.8.8.8

    Non-authoritative answer:
    Name: casupport.broadcom.com
    Address: 192.19.232.164
    Aliases: support.broadcom.com

    C:\>tracert 192.19.232.164

Not in APAC, but you can use sites such as https://www.site24x7.com/check-website-availability.html to determine if a web site works from multiple locations across the globe. There's some that check from dozens of countries, I usually find them by googling "check website availability world wide" or some such.

It seems to work from several location at this time. Not saying it was back when you tried.

Also, don't read too much into traceroute. Traceroute has essentially been broken ever since 90% of sites and internet routers violate RFC 792 (thats ICMP), yet are surprisingly still allowed to be on the Internet ...

    Best regards,
    Carsten

    Yup....thanks for the idea.

Tested via url checker at Singapore location....it's working - it seems only affecting 1 of my ISP

    Other ISP working fine too
