Inquiry cannot be started

    When trying to start a query and selecting Case Management in SYMANTEC ENTERPRISE SECURITY (
    I get the message "Grant not available. Please contact admin." And cannot proceed.
    How can I start a query?

    Submit a Question ""
    Even if you click the "Submit Form" button, the screen does not advance and you cannot make an inquiry.

    Despite being in a hurry, I am very troubled because I can not make inquiries.
