From last couple days, we are observing that the failure emails are not coming out. When I hit the mailx command, it works absolutely fine.
We have moved all the old method to notification to the delivered function of sending notification using the send_notification attribute and making corresponding changes in the config file.
Can someone help me figure out, how does the connection occur when a failure occurs?
