    Does PPA exploit the DB2 dynamic statement cache and assist in extracting, collecting, explaining, base lining dynamic SQLs from it?                                 

     

    PPA does not currently support the ability to do EXPLAIN STMTCACHE; however, if you’re licensed for Detector, Detector can capture the dynamic statements from cache and pass control to PPA to do the explain.PPA explain will not show the plan in cache, only how the SQL was explained.
