  • 1.  Unable to display Spanish Characters in reports

    When design a new report for ALC and preview the results, everything is ok, but once published the reports is unable to display some spanish characters like ñ, á,´. etc...

    Please your suggestions in order to identify why this.

    John, This could be a bug from ALC side. Let me investigate further and get back to you.

    Yes John. I could reproduce the problem and identified the cause. Actively working on the fix for this now. As a work around, Can you try externalizing the label to get over the problem. Right now the problem is with saving /restoring the design file to database. If you can move the label text to some properties file and use that key from properties file in your label this issue might not happen. You can find the related information here.
