    Valued Datacom customers,

The CA Datacom product group is pleased to announce that CA IPC 15.1 for z/OS, CA Ideal for CA Datacom 15.1 for z/OS and CA Datacom CICS Services for z/OS are now "GA Complete."

Announcement letters are here (the level "0000" indicates GA Complete):

"GA Complete" status signifies the end of the Incremental Release program for release 15.1 for these components.  New PAX files have been created as a result of reaching this milestone, replacing those published at "GA Incremental" time.  As already announced, these components are aligned with the Continuous Delivery initiative across all CA/Broadcom mainframe products.

Sites doing a new install of the products from this point forward will use the new GA Complete PAX files.  These include all enhancements published during the life of the Incremental Release period as well as all routine maintenance solutions through these levels:

    CA IPC 15.1 High APAR -- SO08458
CA Ideal for CA Datacom 15.1 High APAR -- SO07097
CA Datacom CICS Services High APAR -- SO06557

Enhancements have been delivered as individual PTFs since these components became available as Incremental Releases.  Thus no action is required to get the features on the part of currently installed customers who are current on published maintenance.  If you want to "catch up" with maintenance, you could reinstall these products using the new GA Complete PAX files.

Please see the READMEs for additional details:

Thank you again for your business!
