we are customer of Small Business Edition (SEP SBE)
we have a license subscrition valid until july 9 2021 serial: BXXXXXXXXXX2

we have an active, pre-paid subscription that we purchased through a distributor
but we didn't receive any email to activate our SES Enterprise entitlement.
We know that Symantec Small Business Edition (SEP SBE) will be discontinued and no longer will offer protection on 2020-11-16, but we don't know what to do.
I opened a case (32335409 transitioning to Symantec Endpoint Security on 30-October-2020 14:48:56)
but they didn'solve the problem and the case is still open.
Have you any suggest?
