Dear Brocade,
We support remotely a lot of Brocade switches:
Brocade 6510 SAN48B-5 2498 Model F48
Brocade 6520 SAN96B-5 2498 Models F96
Brocade 7800 SAN06B-R 2498 Model R06
but I can't open a Case. Could you help me, how I can solve this issue?
I don't know what should I do. I have got a registered company email address (bszalai1@hu.ibm.com) with Guest access. How could I upgrade it to Customer access?
If you give me an email address where I can send my screenshots for easier investigation would be appreciated!
