    Good morning.
    I keep getting HIPER notifications for CA DATACOM, a product we have never had installed. I followed the link in the email to verify/update my notifications, but they look OK. I have not selected Datacom, I only have selected what I want to receive (Common Services, Gen, and Mainframe Software Manager).

    How can I turn off notifications for Datacom?

    Hi Douglas,

    Datacom/AD is a component of Mainframe Software Manager. If you installed the default started task names then it is the MSMMUF started task. Therefore in theory the CA Datacom HIPER notifications might be relevant to you. If you turn off the Critical Alerts for MSM then you should no longer receive the CA Datacom HIPER notifications.
