  • 1.  Problem logging onto support portal

    When I get to the support portal, it forgets who I am, even if I got there via a link from www.broadcom.com where I had just logged on. There is an option to logon, but when I click on that I get a 404 error. Something apparently changed over the weekend and it is not for the better.

    I just checked the support portal and it's working fine. Could you please try access support.broadcom.com now? 

    If you are still facing issues, I would suggest you to clear cache cookies and try to login. Or you can also use private browser or incognito window to login.

    Today I am having none of the issues I reported yesterday and I did nothing to fix it from my end.
