    Hi Customer Casre,

    I have importante Question:

Could several site id be unified into one with all the licenses that the client has under a single site id?

We are seeing that every time a renewal or new purchase is made, a new site id is assigned and the customer has to request access, when the customer already had access to a site id with a different identifier.

Everything could be combined under a single site id or request in the purchase that it be assigned to the site id that the customer has access to. But this is not being accessed from broadcom.

    Regards-.

    Hi,

yes indeed, this is really annoying! We have many customer and each customer has several Site IDs. For all of us it is unnecessary work to dig out the correct site ID and request access to it before we can start our work. Especially if the IS license and the proxies are not in the same site and cannot be linked. Or when an admin is in the correct site but still cannot see all products linked to it.

It would be way easier if each customer had only one site and if Broadcom would manage to renew and add new products in the existing site.

    Best regards, Matthi
