CA Directory option is missing

    While raising CA case we are not able to find CA Directory in product list. And if we are raising a case under SSO Siteminder , support engineer told us to raise the case under CA Directory. Since in product list drop down we are not able to find CA Directory , could you please look into the issue.

    Hi Vivek, 

     

    Thank you for posting your issue. We have reviewed your profile and the site ids for which you have access doesn't have active contracts for CA Directory (Contract expired) and that's the reason you are unable to see the product CA Directory in your case management drop down.

     

    If you have renewed or interested in renewing the product, please let us know so that we can contact you privately for more information.
