Retrieving SYSOUT thru Web Client if using Dispatch

We use Dispatch as a SYSOUT Archive. Once a job is archived, it is purged and no longer available to the Web Client that I can see. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this? Is it even possible? Thanks in advance.

In order to retrieve the sysout via the web client, the job must be in the jes spool. There is no way to retrieve the sysout from Dispatch.
