Is there a way to run a batch job that will give me a fstruc BUT use the calendar for present day to know what schid to use?

Do you use certain schid's for certain days? We use a SORT to generate some of our BTI stuff like GRAPHJ commands, etc.

    1. Created the CA7 command based on date with SORT
    2. Run command through BTI step.

I think this would be a 3 step process

    • BTI step to issue FJOB,JOB=XXXXXXXX,SPAN=24,TRIG=N to retrieve todays schid. (Lets say its schid 005 for this idea)
    • Rexx (or SORT) step to build FSTRUC,JOB=XXXXXXXX,SCHID=005
    • BTI step to issue above command
Or you could always just have 1 step BTI and issue FJOB,JOB=XXXXXXXX,SPAN=24 and this will list all triggers. Format will be slightly different than an FSTRUC however.
