We would like to start having our Problem Management product begin auto-ticketing late jobs in CA7. The plan is to have Automation trap a message from the System Console and send an event to the PM Product (we already do this with the abend message that CA7 throws). But we need for CA7 to spit out a message to the console for Automation to trap. The 1st test case is a job that the owners want a HIGH ticket cut if the job hasn't ran by a certain time of day. Does CA7 possess this capability ? Thank you.
