    If reports in a View database are to take part in cross-report indexing, in order to keep the indexes on the disk layer of the database, ERO parameter IRETPD=nnnnn (set similar to parameter RETPD=nnnnn) should be used.

     

    If the parameter is added to any entries in the ERO table, please be sure that there is either SARINIT setting EROPRO=YES, or run SARINIT to change to EROPRO=ALL, so that all reports in the database are evaluated for retention in Phase 2 of a View backup.
