    Having trouble with your emails not reaching your case?

     

    When sending an email to your CA Technologies Support case, be sure to always include

    the entire case number including the preceding zeroes in the subject of the email. 

     

    Example:      Below is an email set up to send information to case 12345.  

                           On the subject line reference the type “Case 00012345
