    To select and download any individual PTF from the CA Support Portal:

     

    • Login to Support.ca.com 
    • From the “Welcome to CA Support” Display.
      • Enter the PTF number into the search box and click on the magnifying glass. 
    • On the results page, click on the “here” in:
      •  "For Solution and Problem search results, click here”
    • You should be presented with the link to the solution for download.
    • Click on the link, select the solution, and proceed to download.
