  • 1.  CciWebSapi Memory Buffer allocation error

    Hello,

     

    I am using endevor plugin in compuware topaz workbench tool. When i want to access any program in ca endevor scm i am getting this errror , please help for this issue.

    I can't tell why you are getting that error from what you placed in the update. First, are you running the CA Endevor Eclipse plugin under Compuware Topaz or is this another interface ? If so, what action are you trying to perform ? Does this happen with all actions ?  Can you include the complete API request that is failing ?

    I am getting  this error when i access any cobol program from topaz Endevor Eclipse plugin under Compuware Topaz.

    There was a reported problem under Endevor release 18.0 that could cause this error. Does the problem happen with the CA Endevor Eclipse plugin with native Eclipse ?  If so, please open a support case.  If it only happens under Compuware Topaz, you should open a case under that product.

    Craig,

     

       We (Wells) are having this same Memory Issue on V17.  Is there a fix that I can check on that release to see if we have it applied?  Is there a change in our configuration or how the user accesses Endevor through the plug-in that will increase the amount of memory available?

    There is ptf RO87172 for 17.0 for the buffer memory error. Please confirm that is applied. Does Compuware Topaz use Endevor web services (Tomcat) ?
