  • 1.  Browser Choice for displaying Toolset help

    Does the Gen Toolset allow you to specify which Web Browser you want to use to launch the Help?

    Should the Toolset Help honour the "default browser" choice the user has already made?

    If this is something you can choose, where is the setting in the Toolset to do this?

    It appears that we are using the HtmlHelp Microsoft API which only supports IE.

    Thanks for confirming this JCarter, are there any plans to change this to honour the user's preferred Browser choice?

    Nope, no plans to support the user's preferred browser choice and, since we are using Microsoft's API, it might not even be possible unless we revamp the entire help system.  But, you can certainly enter an idea for it and see who else is interested.
