Running on IBM ZD&T

Can Allocate be used on a IBM ZD&T EE instance running on x86 systems?
(Of course, it will be used for validation test purposes and not as PROD environment.)

And if yes, any **** action should be done to allow it?

Allocate should work without any issues or configuration changes.
