To our valued customers:
A new video, "Getting the Most out of NetMaster NM for TCP/IP : Use Attributes and Qualifiers to Pinpoint Monitoring and Alerting," is now available on the CA Educate YouTube channel. It provides insight on how to take advantage of existing NetMaster features to maximize the product's robust monitoring and alerting capabilities. This brief video (approximately 4 minutes) walks you through the process of assigning an existing business application definition as a qualifier to an attribute on a monitored resource, in this case a TCP/IP stack. Using business application definitions as qualifiers to your monitored resources is a powerful feature because it enables network administrators to define custom alerts for different parts of their mainframe network.
