Does anyone currently run a z/OS and JES2 health check rule?

Does anyone currently run a z/OS and JES2 health check rule? If so what is your notification process for out of spec issues? We are operations lights out on the weekends (Saturday 1500 - Monday 0600) and had a spool issue on Sunday night. We caught it at 0300 Monday morning by chance. I am interested in z/OS and JES2 health checks to inform on TGS thresholds, JQE thresholds, etc... We have Service Now and are getting ready to upgrade to OPSMVS R14 and will leverage the OPSMVS SN interface to generate SN Incidents and initiate out calling. But I need something to bridge the gap.

We found the sample SPOOLMON rule and ops/rexx pgm to be useful.

We had to perform some modifications because we do not have SYSVIEW but you should be able to customize for your use case.
