Anyone experience issues where new SOI users cannot logon? The UI doesn't accept user's credentials and continually prompts user to enter credentials. The client log throws this error:
User should have been locked out of AD (if bad creds were entered) with the many attempts user tried but it appears the authentication never gets through to AD.
I've also seen where SOI would allow a user in by clicking the "Cancel" button after multiple logon attempts.
