  • 1.  How to increase the time buffer for events?

CA_D scheduler is failing a event because its waiting for the ‘process_id’ response from guide-wire. The time needed is hard to quantify How would on increase the time buffer within the CAD scheduler (~2 min) to wait for the ‘Process_id’ response completion I understand this solution would not guarantee a permanent fix, as there always exists the possibility for a delayed response.

    Any comments appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Mike,

In DE events are scheduled or on demand which cause a DE application to run, if it meets the schedulw criteria.

From your problem description, it appears your jobs are failing because the the output of the process is not available when the job is ruining.  You can delay the submission of jobs under time dependencies.  This might help.

If you can give us a more detailed description of your DE event, application definition and job definition we can assist you further.

    Regards,

    Pradeep
