    As more and more CA products have an interface into CA Vantage, we will have more and more users requiring the client installed on their desktops.   I was wondering, how are other customers  distributing the GUI  installs/upgrades to your users?[left]  [left] Thanks![left] Ann...  [left]

    Our desktop support group tried to control this product by packaging it and pushing it out to users, but this proved unworkable and there were only a small number of users, so now I just make the install files available  and publish the install procedure.   CA has announced plans to make the GUI web-based so that installation/maintenance will no longer be a problem.[left]  [left] Ken Tabikh[left] Verizon Data Services[left]
