Application name on portal 5.0

When I apply for a new app to access screens, by default a text is added at the end of the app name, I want to know how to change it, or add the name or set another text to be added to the app name?

I see you posted to the Layer7 API Management Community: Portal 5.0 - default application name
That would seem to be the correct Community.
