I'm trying to enable MOI to authenticate through Active Directory. I performed all the configurations oriented in the documentation and after restarting the Appliance controller, when I try to login, it shows the following message:

Certificate issued by the Active Directory server 128.15.1.193:389 doesn't exist in trust store

Checking with the team responsible for the server, he said that we need to import our organization's certificates into the MOI.

Felix,

Based on your question I see a couple items that can be reviewed and if additional assistance is needed, I would strongly advise contacting Support to review your configuration and assist further.

If configuring security is a concern, please refer to the Configuring Security documentation located here:  https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-mainframe-software/intelligent-operations/ca-mainframe-operational-intelligence/2-1/administrating/configure-security.html

For accessing and administrating the Controller, please consult the documentation located here:  https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-mainframe-software/intelligent-operations/ca-mainframe-operational-intelligence/2-1/administrating/log-in-to-the-appliance-controller.html
