We are using the MQQPUTTM metric to monitor the queue F611ENT.CALC of QMgr MQP1.
We need an alert to be generated whenever a message is queued for more than 10 minutes. So far so good, however, when the queue is zeroed for more than 10 minutes, the alert is being generated as well.
Is there any way for this metric to understand that an alert should only be generated if the queue has a number of messages other than zero?
