I know there are a lot of variables at play for receiving these alerts for an SLA, however, are there any logs available to see the forecasting that has been done by iDash to come to these decisions for a particular SLA ? We can see using the back flow that every Friday when it alerts it traces back to a job that has a status of "Waiting workload". When we look at days where it does not alert the back flow option traces back to the same job and status.
Any pointers would be great.
