  • 1.  Reporting Deadlocks/Timeouts via batch automation..

    Hi Experts, We are using CA R18 for DB2. Do we have an option where it can report the Timeouts/Deadlocks (victim and holding threads) info using CA Insight?The requirement is to automate the batch to report on -911/-913 etc.,

    Hi Ram,

    If you check your HGHLVL.CDBATREQ and look for BTCONTSM('Summary of Lock Timeouts and Deadlocks')
    or BTLKCONT(('Lock Timeouts and Deadlocks'). You can use these for that purpose. Let me know if you have a followup question. Thanks
