    Troubleshooting in CA Chorus

    So you have experienced a problem while working in CA Chorus, and you need help. What can you do to quickly resolve the issue?

    • Run the Logging Script as noted in Chapter 1 of the Troubleshooting Guide. Doing so lets you quickly gather basic diagnostic information.
    • Check out the Known Issues in Chapters 2 and 3 of the Troubleshooting Guide. Many entries include simple workarounds.
    • If you do not find your answer in the Troubleshooting Guide, gather the following information and contact CA Technologies. Doing so can expedite the resolution.
      • What product and software version are you running?
      • What were you trying to do?
      • Take a screen capture with the error message and any associated log files. Capturing this information lets us see exactly what you are seeing in the product and in the logs.
