    If you are using external configuration, please check that the CAOMWV12_Home environmental variable is set to to the path of your Web Viewer install home or the parent directory of your configuration directory.  If it is not set correctly, you will get unpredictable results such as the configtool terminating unexpectedly.

    You can use the " export -p " command to get a list of your variables like this:

     

    [root@ch2ldomwv R121]# pwd

    /usr/local/CA_OM_Web_Viewer/R121

    [root@ch2ldomwv R121]# export -p

    declare -x CAOMWV12_HOME="/usr/local/CA_OM_Web_Viewer/R121"

    declare -x CVS_RSH="ssh"

    declare -x G_BROKEN_FILENAMES="1"
