    Good morning, my CA Easytrieve Friends!

     

    When you encounter a S0C4 abend under CA Easytrieve release 11.6 similar to this one

        SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4 REASON CODE=00000010

        PSW AT TIME OF ERROR xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx ILC 4 INTO 10

        ACTIVE LOAD MODULE ADDRESS=xxxxxxxx OFFSET=000001FE

        NAME=EZTPA00

     

    Please ensure that you have RO42229, RO42230, RO42231, RO34536, RO34537, and RO34538 applied.

    These are available under Support Online, under the Download Center for Published Solutions for the CA Easytrieve product.

     

    Please note:

    PTF RO33693 is the one specifically needed to resolve this abend and offset, but it is superseded by RO42231.
