I have a question related sysview 15.0 I have alert about JOBSTATUS of NET(VTAM) resource...

    false alert

Our address space is named VTAM.. so...

    1. I first rename in member MVSMON parameter to VTAM resource from NET

    2.I tried exclude resource VTAM

    3. I tried to comment it/ delete

    4. I checked diferencies between CNM4BPRM and SITE.CNM4BPRM

but after restart MVSDATA the problem occures again and again.

Do you have any idea, how should i remove it ? or what should i try to do ? Our Network specialist said that there is nothing wrong with VTAM(net)

It is possible there is still a JOBSTAT monitor definition for NET even though it is not present in your MVSMON parmlib member. The MVSMON parmlib member can be saved in the SYSVIEW persistent data store (DATALIB). If you warm start SYSVIEW, then SYSVIEW can save/load these settings from the SYSVIEW online panels instead of from parmlib. In this case, the MONITOR command in SYSVIEW might still have a JOBSTAT definition NET.

Please check if there is a JOBSTAT definition for NET on the MONITOR command. If there is, please delete it. Optionally, you may add a JOBSTAT definition for VTAM, since this is the name of the address space you wish to monitor.

Please let us know if this is the case for you.
