I've just posted some new info from the National Chair on the
CADRE web page, but due to the nature of the info, I'm also posting
    it here.

    Messages from the National Chair

It is with great regret that I'm letting you all know that Richard
    Roskelley of
Brigham Young University has passed away. Richard was an integral part
    of the
CADRE organization for many years. He served as National Chair, Chair
    Emeritus
and Track Chair. Richard's dedication to CADRE is one of the principal
    reasons
that we're here today. In honor of Richard's efforts, the CADRE
    committee has
created the "Richard Roskelley Award" which will be given to the most
    active
non-committee member volunteer at CADRE '98.

    Changing Faces

George Halverson of Charles Schwab had to resign as Support Products
    chair. He
has been succeeded (as George can never be replaced) by Dick Millar of
    Tribase
Systems. Dick attended the CADRE '98 planning meeting and has planned a
    super
track with the assistance of Cheryl Shoup. Dick can be reached via email
    at
    dick.millar@trisys.com

    CADRE '98 alert!!!!

With the scheduling of CA-World '98 at the same time as the New Orleans
    Jazz
Fest, it is vital that you start making your travel arrangements as soon
    as possible.
With the combined events, flights and hotel space will be tight. CA
    Corporate
events is working to arrange for additional flights and blocking out
    hotels but, you
    need to start planning NOW
