    Its issues with my registrar the domain name it's signed with DNSSEC and to To analyzer, DNSSEC say, Paste a DS or DNSKEY record into the field above to use a Trust Anchor that is not published in the DNS. Validation will begin at the owner name of the DS/DNSKEY record.
    I try to speak with customer service from and they disconnected the phone call last time say will call me and it's 3 days nobody doesn't call they don't know to respect when speaking with the customer it's very ugly.

    You have opened this question with our Customer Care team and it appears you may be having a technical issue. I would like to route your question to the right CA product area that may be able to help you. I reviewed the screen shot you provided but i do not see anything there that provides an indication of the CA Product that this is related to.  Can you provide me the CA Product you are raising this question against?
