  • 1.  Can't access CA education search links. Return Error 502

    Hi,

    Like to know why I keep getting this error with or without login.

    I can sign in to CA support and CA communities.

    Only when click the links in CA Education site to search courses show error.

    Can't access http://search.ca.com/en-us/Pages/FindCourses.aspx?locale=us&intcmp=headernav .
    Return 502 Proxy Error

    This is Kam from Customer Assistance Team, I just had as quick check on the link and it works:

    Not sing-in:

     

    Please try the below to see if it works:

    • clearing cache and browsing history and open a new browser session try again
    • use different browser
    • try again from another computer
    • try again from another network (if previously was not working at home, try again from office network, or mobile)
