No, the type 80 records cut by TSS are different than RACF. The format is different, and the type of data being stored is different. Top Secret does not store Adminstrative Activity recorded in the Top Secret recovery file in SMF, where RACF does. Top Secret only Stores the Audit and Violation activity in the Type 80 records simular to the data stored in the Audit files. For Top Secret you will also need to evulate SMF type 231 records because TSS writes Satistics and USS Audit activty to that record type where RACF does not.
